Interviews are a vital step in the MBA admissions process. Interviews are conducted by admissions committee members, current MBA students, and/or MBA alumni.

Interviews may be available on campus, off campus, or virtually. Some interviews require follow-up, including HBS’s required written reflection.

Understanding who will conduct your interview as well as the type of venue in which it will be held are all part of a sound strategy for success.
