Shortcuts: COM:AN/B • COM:AN/P • COM:RFPP

This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Please remove the autopatrol protection on File:Somali Civil War (2009-present).svg

Sigh. I think the issue is en:Wikipedia:Competence is required. Mostly useless images, copyright violations, and diagrams without source or useful description, and failing to understand proper deletion procedures. This user was already blocked 3 times... This User repeatedly uploads duplicate files as well as uploading 1,000's of files with meaningless names, despite a promise to not do that in response to a past block for these same reasons. In the last 24 hours, there were at least 52 duplicate files here: User talk:RandomUserGuy1738#5 more duplicate uploads tagged., here: User talk:RandomUserGuy1738#13 more duplicate uploads tagged. and here: User talk:RandomUserGuy1738#35 more duplicate uploads tagged.. They were warned here by @Cryptic-waveform User talk:RandomUserGuy1738/Archive 3#Duplicates and before that, blocked here:User talk:RandomUserGuy1738/Archive 2#Blocked for the same reason. They replied to the past block with this statement: "I will also stop doing mass uploads from the Flickr2Commons tool. Can someone semi-protect File:Satoshi Nakamoto.jpg?
